About our Teachers
Our classes are taught by highly experienced Spanish classroom teachers. The teachers create a fun and productive learning environment where the children have an opportunity to establish basic language and beginning conversational skills. The teachers incorporate games, role play, music and various other activities to build and maintain your child’s enthusiasm for learning a new language. The teachers implement a positive reward based classroom management style where the children may earn Euro stamps to shop at our monthly “Market Day”. We have a skilled and enthusiastic staff!

Araceli Garza: Spanish teacher, Director
Mrs. Araceli Garza was born , raised and educated in Mexico City. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and moved, with her family, to the United States in 2000. She is fluent in the English and Spanish languages. Araceli has been part of our team since the fall of 2010. We are thrilled to have her with MKM Education: Spanish Now ASP!
Mrs. Garza has been a classroom and small group teacher for 11 years and has had a variety of experiences working in education and administration. Araceli is a true asset to our language education group. She is a creative, effective and enthusiastic teacher. Araceli maintains excellent classroom management skills which focus on positive behavior modification. She is able to involve the children in various Spanish educational activities throughout her lessons in a nurturing and productive way.

Suzanne Viera: Spanish teacher, Director
Mrs. Viera was born and raised in Maracay, Venezuela. She moved to the United States in 1991 and earned her Masters in Civil Engineering at Georgia Tech. After staying at home for many years with her young children, Mrs. Viera joined the work force in Education. She began teaching at Mt. Zion Preschool in 2002. Suzanne started as an assistant teacher and is now a full time lead Spanish teacher for the school. Mrs. Viera has had the opportunity to work with all age preschool and kindergarten age children during her time at Mt. Zion. She has her own curriculum at Mt. Zion. In addition, Mrs. Viera also began working with our program in 2005. She is instrumental in curriculum writing administration and the organization of the Spanish Now ASP.

Marilyn Milley: Spanish teacher
Mrs. Milley has over 25 years of elementary classroom teaching experience. She obtained her Bachelors Degree in Elementary and Special Education at the University of Delaware and a Masters Degree in Education Administration at George Washington University. Mrs. Milley specialized in Spanish and studied for a year abroad in Madrid, Spain. For several years following graduation, Marilyn taught elementary school in the American School of Barcelona. She later obtained a certification in Spanish and ESOL while teaching in Washington, DC. Marilyn Milley established and developed the Spanish Now ASP in 2005 and is thrilled to see the continued positive growth each year!

Mariana Nudelman: Spanish teacher
Mrs. Nudelman was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina where her extended family lives.
She attended college at the University of Buenos Aires and graduated with a degree in Computer Science. She was a professor at the University of Buenos Aires for 5 years. She worked as a Business Analyst in Buenos Aires and in Tennessee where she lived for over 10 years. In 2009 she moved to Atlanta. She started to work as a Spanish teacher for Spanish Now ASP in 2013.
She enjoys working with children and specially teaching Spanish. She believes that learning a second language will help them in life. |

Paulina Almendaro: Spanish teacher
Mrs. Almendaro was born and raised in Mexico City. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and a Master’s in Family Education. She was a professor at the Anáhuac University for the Culinary Arts Program for 10 years. In 2021, She moved to Atlanta for her husband’s work. She has two kids and a dog with whom she spends most of her time. She loves teaching and keeping busy. That brought her to Spanish Now, where she can get creative with the kids while teaching Spanish. She believes in learning by playing and engaging students actively with games, music, dance, storytelling, etc., she makes learning Spanish a fun activity.

Monica Espinosa: Spanish teacher
Mrs. Espinosa was born and raised in Veracruz, Mexico.
She has a Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting and Law. She loves Latin culture and had the opportunity to live in Costa Rica and Colombia, before moving to the USA due to her husband's job.
Mrs. Espinosa has lived in Marietta since 2014. She enjoyed being at home with her two sons while they were younger, but since she loves working with kids, in the past year she has returned to work as a substitute teacher for Cobb County Schools and more recently as part of the Spanish Now ASP team.

Patricia Da Costa: Spanish teacher
Patricia Da Costa was born in Argentina, and she moved to Atlanta with her whole family in 2014.
She attended the Sara Eccleston Institute in Argentina for two years studying pre-school education.
She worked at the Vinnings school of Arts in Smyrna in 2016 as Spanish teacher substitute for children ages between 2 to 10 years old. She also had a Spanish class for adults.
She believes that playing is the key for children to learn something new, so she likes to incorporate games, funny activities and interesting assignments to her classes.
Learning a second language is a new door that you can open and use in the future.
She loves Dr. Seuss' quote:"The more that you learn, the more places you will go!".

Julissa Benavides: Spanish teacher
Mrs. Benavides was born in Houston, TX and raised in Monterrey, México. She has a Bachelors Degree in International Marketing from Universidad de Monterrey. Her husband’s work brought her back to live in the USA were she stays at home raising her two boys. Mrs. Benavides has had experience teaching when she lived in Mexico, as she was the head of the English program for a private preschool. Now that she is here, she wants to encourage every student in her class to speak and love the Spanish language and culture like she does. She thinks learning another language will always give someone more opportunities in life!.

Gabriela Mazzacurati: Spanish teacher
Mrs. Mazzacurati was born, raised and educated in Switzerland. She has a Degree in Business Administration. She started moving around the world with her husband when she was 23 years old, to Hong Kong China, Guadalajara Mexico, Panama Panama and finally to Atlanta in 2017, this gave her the opportunity to becoming fluent in 5 different languages. Besides her passion for languages, she also likes to be creative, especially with sweets. That led her to have a small cake business in Panama and also teach a "bake and craft" class for small kids.
Mrs. Mazzacurati loves the Latin culture and still spends most of her vacations in her house in Guadalajara. Her son and daughter speak 4 languages and she believe that having the opportunity to learning them as a child and being bi or multilingual is a big advantage. She recently joined the Spanish NOW ASP program and very much enjoys teaching children in a creative way.

Anna Flores: Spanish teacher
Mrs. Flores was born, raised, and educated in México City. She has a degree in Marketing from Tecnologico de Monterrey Campus Toluca, she started moving when she got married because of her husband who used to be a professional soccer player, and now is an assistant coach. Her first city to move was San Luis Potosí, Queretaro, Chiapas, and finally Atlanta in 2021.
She has two daughters, one in middle school and the other in high school, and a lovely dog named Luna.
She loves working with kids and can teach her language, she believes that learning and practicing more than one language is a huge opportunity.
She recently joined the Spanish NOW ASP program, she loves creativity, crafts, and teaching by playing, having fun, and singing.

Glamary Di Marco: Spanish teacher
Mrs. Di Marco was born and raised in Maracay Venezuela.
She moved to the United States with her husband in 2002 and has live in Marietta since then.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering.
She taught computer instroduction in Elementary school for 2 years before moving to the state.
She joined the Spanish NOW team as an Assitant teacher.
